Fall is a great time to plant many favorite trees and shrubs. It is also the time to prepare existing plant material for the coming winter.

Dormant Pruning

The dormant (winter) season is an ideal time to complete the corrective pruning of trees and shrubs. With the absence of foliage it is easier to view the structure of each tree prior to making corrective cuts. The absence of insect and disease activity can aid the plants recovery time as well.
